Your VELUX blinds should be delivered by 5:30pm the following working day, providing:

Your order is placed by 12 noon.
Delivery postcode must be within mainland UK.

Delivery is made by Initial City Link and requires a signature. Please note, for some geographic areas within the UK, a 2 day delivery time may apply. Deliveries are not made on weekends or Bank/Public Holidays. Delivery can be made to a work address if specified at the time of your order. Delivery cannot be made to PO Box address.

There may be instances where the blinds you order are temporarily out of stock. Where this is the case, you will be advised as soon possible. NewBlinds.co.uk is regularly updated in order to indicate which blinds are in stock and ready for next day dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee that the information on the site is 100% up to date and accurate.

Should you decide that you wish to return the blinds ordered, you are entitled to return them to us providing:

You notify us within 14 days of placing your order.
The blind has not been fitted at your window.
The packaging is in perfect condition.

A charge of �14.95 will be raised to cover our costs in arranging collection. This charge will apply in all instances unless the blinds received are damaged/faulty upon receipt or are different to those ordered.

Next day delivery is not available to:

� Republic of Ireland

� Northern Ireland

� The Channel Islands

� The Isle of Man

� The Scottish Islands.

Please note that GGU/GPU "White Line" blinds are not available on next day delivery.
