VELUX Blinds - Standard Delivery Service
VELUX blinds that are not included in the “next day” range are will be delivered for FREE to addresses with post codes within mainland UK in 7 – 10 working days.
If your delivery is to an address within the Republic of Ireland, a £2 per blind delivery charge will apply, and orders must be placed by telephone.

These blinds will be dispatched directly to you from the VELUX factory in Denmark. Deliveries are made by Initial City Link in the UK and DHL in the Republic of Ireland. Blinds can be delivered to a work address if specified at the time of your order.
Should you decide that you wish to return the blinds ordered, you are entitled to return them providing:
- You notify us within 3 months of placing your order.
- The blind has not been fitted at your window.
- The packaging is in perfect condition.
Returns labels will be sent directly to you by VELUX. Labels should be affixed to the original packaging, blinds and packaging should be sealed and secured. Blinds can be dropped in at any Post Office.
Where a return is being made due to blinds being faulty/damaged or the incorrect blind being sent, replacement blinds are will normally be dispatched at the same time as returns labels.
However, if you have requested a replacement blind for reasons other than the originals being faulty / damaged or the wrong item being sent, replacement blinds will not be dispatched until the originals have been received by VELUX.
The free Return Label service only applies to blinds ordered on a 7-10 day delivery and NOT to blinds ordered for delivery Next Working Day.
