About Vertical Blinds
Vertical blinds are a simple, stylish and extremely versatile shading product that is ideal for a variety of windows and doors as well as conservatories.
Verticals blinds are available in a wide range of fabrics and colours and are easily operated. When closed vertical blinds offer complete privacy. Vertical blind louvers can also be tilted at an angle to control or filter the amount of light coming into a room. They can also be completely pulled back to offer a clear view of the outside.

Colours & Materials
Vertical blinds consist of fabric strips called louvres which are hung from a white aluminium head-rail. Vertical blind louvres are linked by non-rust plastic chain, and are kept straight by weights which are sewn into the bottom of the louvres. Vertical blind louvres can be rotated and positioned using weighted operating cords.
Vertical blind louvers are available in a wide range of fabrics from light weight to heavy duty and black out. Our colours and patterns range from traditional prints to contemporary neutrals/plains. Colorado is a plastic fabric which offers blackout shading and is also waterproof making it ideal for damp or moist atmospheres

Options
Louvre width: Our vertical blinds are supplied with your choice of either 89mm wide louvres which are ideal for narrower recesses or 127mm louvres.
Louvre bunching: You can opt for your vertical blind Louvres to be drawn to the left, right or centre split (like curtains)
Brackets: Vertical blinds are supplied with either top fix or face fix brackets.

Size Restrictions
The maximum width that is available for a vertical blind is 5000 mm and the maximum drop is 4000mm - although these dimensions may vary from fabric to fabric. The NewBlinds.co.uk website will calculate whether the size you require exceeds maximum size restrictions.
